The Sun Country Iris Society is once again giving us first crack at their best varieties this Saturday the 15th (AT BOTH HARPER’S LOCATIONS) starting at 9am. We’ll have all the necessary items for successful rhizome and bulb planting as getting the soil ready for fall bulbs is just as important as it is for vegetables. As the weather cools you can begin to “groom” your rose bushes and get them back into better shape. Most all of them look a little summer weary and some a lot summer stressed.
